I design complex application interfaces for EdTech and FinTech products — the kind where bad UX doesn’t just frustrate users, it breaks workflows and costs trust.

With 10+ years in UI/UX design, I specialise in multi-module systems that most designers find overwhelming: LMS platforms with separate educator and learner flows, AI-native learning products, and enterprise SaaS where every decision touches multiple user types across dozens of workflows.

My work includes leading design end-to-end on BeED LMS — a 14-module learning platform built from the ground up (design system, brand identity, and UI) for Fairview International School, Malaysia’s largest IB network — and L.I.A.M., BeED’s AI-native mentor app structured around Bloom’s Taxonomy. Earlier work spans fintech (Rakuten Trade’s iSpeed trading app, 100,000+ users), enterprise SaaS (Keeklr’s talent management platform), and telecom (Yoodo, Malaysia’s digital telco brand, 300,000+ users).

I lead design teams, work directly with engineering and product stakeholders, and own systems end-to-end — from research and brand identity through to production-ready, developer-aligned UI.
